HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
