HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates is an education provider in San Antonio serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
