HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Summit Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
