HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
