HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Antonio caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
