HR Business Partner - employee relations (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
