HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
