HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
