HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Bright Union Health Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
