HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
