HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
