HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Basin Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
