HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
