HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
