HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
