HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Granite Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
