HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
