HR Business Partner - employee relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
