HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Summit Medical is a Sacramento company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
