HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
