HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Glen Farms is an agricultural business based around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
