HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Forge Farms is an agricultural business based around Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
