HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
