HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Timber Staffing is a Sacramento staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
