HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
