HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
