HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Sacramento serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
