HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Summit Property Management is a Sacramento property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
