HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Birch Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
