HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
