HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Rochester area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
