HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
