HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Wilder Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
