HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
