HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

Summit Fox Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
