HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Vista Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
