HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright River Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
