HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
