HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
