HR Business Partner - employee relations (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Bridge Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
