HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Meadow Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
