HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Forge Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
