HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Redstone Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
