HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Sable Press Group is a printer and publisher in Reno serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
