HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Umber Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
