HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
