HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Spokane with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
