HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Foods Group is a Virginia Beach food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
