HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
