HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
